The Diocese of Oxford has granted permision for us to carry out a small excavation at Bartlemas while remedial drainage work is carried out around the chapel.   This is a wonderful opportunity to find out more about one of the best preserved leper hospital landscapes in the country.

We will be working:

• 26 - 30 September 
• 2 and 4-9 October
• 11-14 October, and if necessary one day of the weekend 15-16 October

Extended for a further week: 15-16 October and 18-21 October
